My Professional Experience
After receiving my master’s degree in counseling psychology, I began full-time employment as a psychotherapist in a group practice setting.
Now my journey takes me into private practice, where I collaborate with the inimitable Muirenn Leinster at Thrive Therapy Northwest, a collective of clinicians centering trauma-informed care.
I have received specialized training in the treatment of trauma, grief, and neurodivergence, and am a member of the Center for Object Relations.
My Personal Story
I have always been fascinated by the human experience—who we are, what we believe, how we behave and relate. My curiosity about identity formation and existential realities drove me to this field to companion with others through the complexities of life.
Outside of my career, I enjoy the company of friends, family, pets, and houseplants. I can be found walking the Seattle neighborhoods smelling roses, identifying plants, and spotting wildlife. I am passionate about the arts, comedy, books, and finding creative ways to express myself.

The Type of Client I Serve
As a psychotherapist, my therapeutic lens is trauma-informed, liberation-centered, and culturally responsive, paying close attention to your marginalized identities.
I work with individuals deconstructing oppressive ideology, processing trauma or abuse, facing experiences of grief, living with neurodivergence, disability, helping professionals, and folks in the LGBTQIA+ community.
If you are experiencing any of the following, I may be a good fit for you: Trauma, abuse, grief, neurodivergence, identity issues, systemic oppression, relational conflict, burnout, chronic illness, death/loss, women’s issues.
What I offer My Clients
I offer client-centered, collaborative psychotherapy sessions to individuals 15 years and older, as well as couples. My work is to offer you a safe, kind, and accepting space to further explore your internal and external realities.
Therapy is a space for meaningful, sustained healing—where your story is held with care, your identity is honored, and your struggles are met with respect. Together we will be curious about your unique life experience, the impact of that experience, the struggles and conflicts you are facing, and what you need to thrive.

Why Psychotherapy?
The realities of pain, suffering, and grief are universal experiences that need tending with empathy and acceptance. The exploration of these areas within a safe, trustworthy therapeutic relationship can bring about psychological integration and emotional well-being. I hope to tend to these important areas with you.
