Sometimes weekly therapy does not feel like enough. For this reason, intensive therapy gives you the space to pause, sink in, and devote focused attention to what matters most. Whether you’re navigating grief, trauma, life transitions, or identity issues, this service can offer the therapeutic jump start you are craving. Although an intensive isn’t a substitute for ongoing therapy, it can still serve as a powerful catalyst for healing, growth, and change.
An intensive is a concentrated, immersive therapeutic experience. In particular, it creates a chance to step away from the daily hustle and dedicate uninterrupted time to your mental and emotional well-being. As a result, you can dive beneath the surface, explore with intention, and integrate meaningful change. This service works best for folks who 1) have participated in traditional therapy before and 2) currently have ongoing therapeutic support or are seeking ongoing care through Soul Wend Therapy.
Individual Intensives
Half-Day Deep Dive (3 hours) — $675, in-person or telehealth, any day of week
A focused half-day devoted entirely to you. Together, we’ll choose one area that feels most pressing, dive in with care, and begin seeking relief and direction.
One-Day Deep Dive (5 hours) — $1,200, in-person, weekend only
A full day dedicated to your healing and growth. Throughout the day, we’ll explore your story, uncover patterns, and create a path toward greater ease and flourishing.
Two-Day Deep Dive (5 hours each day) — $2,200, in-person, weekend only
Two transformative days back-to-back. Because of the extended time, this format offers spaciousness for deep exploration, intentional integration, and lasting change.
5-Day Journey (2.5 hours each day, Mon–Fri) — $3,000, hybrid or telehealth only at this time
An immersive week of daily work designed to help you process, heal, and find clarity in a steady, supported rhythm. Over time, the consistent pacing naturally deepens reflection and insight.
What’s Included In An Intensive
You’ll receive a 30- to 60-minute virtual intake session before your intensive so that we can clarify goals and tailor the experience to you.
You’ll also receive a post-intensive summary with key takeaways from your session(s) as well as resources for aftercare.
Financial Accessibility
Healing should be accessible. While intensives are a significant investment of time and energy, I recognize that this is a financial investment as well.
I reserve a limited number of reduced-fee spots each quarter for clients with financial need, especially those from BIPOC, LGBTQIA+, and disabled communities. Typically, these spots are offered at 20–30% off the full rate.
I also offer payment plans so that you can spread the cost over several months.
If cost is a barrier, please reach out. Together, we can explore whether a reduced-fee spot or a payment plan might be a good fit.
Additional Intensive Information
Optional follow-up sessions are available to support ongoing integration and change. Regular hourly rates apply.
Please note: This is a private-pay service only. Insurance cannot cover intensive therapy.
Finally, intensive therapy can be a disruptive experience. It may surface buried emotions or difficult realizations, and you may need tender nurturing, safe people and spaces, and intentional care. Therefore, please build in time for rest and recovery following these services.
